General Refund Policy

Appllama.io is operated by Antmind Ventures Private Limited and provides digital astrological services.

If you face a billing issue or a service is not delivered as promised, you may request a refund under the conditions below.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with your order details and the reason for the request.

As this is a digital service, there is no physical return process. All refund and billing queries are handled by email.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Requests made after 7 days are generally not eligible, except where required by law or approved at our sole discretion.

Eligible cases

Refunds may be approved for services not delivered, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, unresolved technical issues, or a material mismatch between the purchased service and what was described.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

Refunds Timeline

We aim to review refund requests within 3 to 5 business days of receiving complete details by email.

If approved, the refund is initiated promptly, and the final credit may take an additional 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
